  • Lujiazui
    • Lujiazui is an important financial district in Pudong, Shanghai. It is the only finance and trade zone among the 185 state-level development zones in mainland China. There are more than 30 buildings over 25 storeys high with commerce as their leading function, and over 504 domestic and overseas financial and insurance corporations located in Lujiazui.
  • The Oriental Pearl Tower
    • The Oriental Pearl Tower is a TV tower located opposite The Bund of Shanghai. At 468 m (1,535 ft) high, it is the tallest completed tower in Asia, and the third tallest tower in the world. The tower has fifteen observatory levels. The highest (known as the Space Module) is at 350 m (1148 ft).
  • The Jin Mao Tower
    • An 88-storey landmark supertall skyscraper in the Lujiazui area of the Pudong district, it contains offices and the Shanghai Grand Hyatt Hotel. Until 2007 it was the tallest building in the PRC, the fifth tallest in the world by roof height and the seventh tallest by pinnacle height. There is an observation hall on the 88th floor. The Tower also accommodates a shopping mall, restaurants and nightclubs.
  • Life Hub Mall (right next door)
    • Over two million square feet of retail space, this is an ambitious mix of trendy, comfortable and affordable places to shop, eat, play and entertain. This mix includes hyper-market, bank with international ATM, children playground, terrace restaurant dining, hairdresser, bowling, and many other facilities. Membership cards with extended discounts graciously offered to all Lanson Place residents.
  • China Europe Business International School
    • A joint venture between the European commission and the Chinese Government, this is the country’s only independent business school and therefore designated as a ‘Special Educational Zone’.
  • Carrefour
    • The French commodities giant offers an extensive range of imported Western groceries, fresh fruits, vegetables, sporting goods, clothing, shoes, music, electronic items, and books. Open daily 8am to 10pm.
  • Zhangjiang Hi-Tech Park
    • Zhangjiang is one of the nation’s top hi-tech parks with an innovative and educational state-of-the-art technology. The Park is also striving to become a world-renowned center for hi-tech industries and scholars.
  • Wai Gao Qiao Free Trade Zone
    • Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone Development Co., Ltd is primarily engaged in import and export trading, property distribution and leasing, logistics services, service industry, industrial production, catering and accommodation services.
  • “Century Park”
    • The park, designed by a French company covers an area of 140.3 hectares. It demonstrates a combination of Eastern and Western cultures, harmony between man and the nature, and modern garden landscaping. Popular place amongst Shanghai residents as it offers green spaces for walking, flying kites, enjoying outdoor cultural activities and fireworks celebrations.
  • Shanghai Science and Technology Museum
    • This hands-on interactive science museum, opened in 2001, has five main interactive exhibits, which can be visited in any order called “Earth Exploration” , “Children’s Technoland” ,”Light of Wisdom” , “Cradle of Designers”and “Spectrum of Life”. There are also two IMAX 3D cinemas and an iWerks theatre here.
  • Jin Qiao Industrial Park
    • Jin Qiao Export Processing Zone is located in the central part of Pudong New Area with an area of 19 square kilometres. A modern economic park incorporates the four functions of development and construction, trade and operation, commerce and services as well as residence.
  • Biyun International Community
    • The Biyun International Residential Community is based on the concept of international planning and design. It has drawn large numbers of people from around the world to live and socialize there. Of the companies from Global 500 located in Shanghai, 40% of the CEO and senior administrators reside here. It is also a place for dining, coffee and meeting friends.
  • The Super Brand Mall
    • This 10-storey edifice is the largest mall in Pudong. The anchor is a four-storey department store with all the usual super goods. There is also a well-stocked Lianhua supermarket in the basement, and scores of clothing, jewelry, and accessories stores, as well as restaurants, throughout.
